Closed: Application for Compost and Mulch Deliveries
Philadelphia Parks & Recreation is piloting a program to increase community access to mulch and leaf compost produced at the Fairmount Park Organic Recycling Center. Through this program, community groups may apply to have mulch or compost delivered to community spaces to either use on site or to redistribute to the wider community. The application is now closed. You can still fill out an interest form for consideration in the future.
